Carlee has been in ministry leadership for almost 20 years, serving and working for YoungLife Canada. She has been in Pastoral ministry since early 2019. Before working for First Baptist Church, Carlee was a leader in the hospitality industry, managing not-for-profit cafes and restaurants.
She loves her role as Associate Pastor and serving the community of First Baptist Church Kelowna. Carlee is passionate about reaching people on the margins of society and advocating for those whose voices need to be amplified.
Carlee and her husband, Kyle, have two daughters. They love going on bike rides and walks as a family. Carlee also enjoys trying new recipes, reading, and painting.
